Inside the veiled bamboo structure, the concrete grows as time goes by

This is an Eternal Landscape
“The Waves” borrows the landscape of bamboo scaffolding, through “wind” to construct “waves”, and the floating waves create a unique cityscape of Hong Kong. The wave form, the light and sound are generated by the weather data collected in Hong Kong between 1 July 1997 and 30 June 2022 . This installation allows audience to immerse themselves in the changing weather and scenery of Hong Kong over the past twenty-five years within one short hour.

《築浪》借用了竹棚的風景，風吹拂之，飄逸如海浪般律動，一片片飄逸的海浪築成了香港的獨特城市景觀。借用竹棚的結構和紗，在風的吹拂下，輕紗構成如浪的形態。而風的方向與強弱、燈光和聲音，則以1997年7月1日至2022年6月30日之間的天氣數據所生成，觀眾一小時內可置身在香港二十五年的天氣風景變幻當中。
